We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how San Antonio Winery, Inc. and its affiliated brands and/or companies (collectively, “Stella Rosa Wines,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) collect, use, and share personal information from you to improve our products and services.

This platform is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If you are under 21, do not submit personal information.

You may submit a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a 12-month period. Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time, up to 90 days, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

For data portability requests, we will provide the information in a readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information from one entity to another without unreasonable difficulty, where applicable.

We generally do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request. However, if we determine that a request is excessive, repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or otherwise permits a fee or denial under applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on the request. If we determine that a fee is warranted or that we will decline the request, we will explain the basis for our decision.

Non-Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any rights available to you under the CCPA or other applicable privacy laws.

Other California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Sections 1798.83–1798.84 may provide California residents with the right to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

If we receive your request through a different method, please allow up to 150 days for a response. We are required to respond to only one such request per customer each year.
